James has 25 years of construction industry experience, in both commercial and residential sectors, specialising in refurbishment and problem solving with employers including Programmed Group, Department of Education & Training, Dept of Housing NSW and The Housing Industry Association. The practical building knowledge and estimating expertise that James brings to the business supports his management position and makes him a valuable asset to the Balanced Building Team.
